We encourage drivers to share the trip with friends or family for safety reasons. Someone needs to know you are safe.

Use your secure wallet to keep your money for travel purposes rather than carrying cash or bank cards.

Vehicle Inspection
Drivers present the vehicle inspection report to verify it is fit for carrying passengers.

Emergency Assist
We are currently configuring an in-app panic button if you feel unsafe. This discreet feature is directly linked to our Rapid Response Security and Medical partners. The button is visible only when a ride is going on. This feature is available only in South Africa.

Check the driver and car details match what is on the app. If unsure, follow your intuition and reasoning, and cancel the ride.
